The ‘Open Mobility Foundation’ trademark is a federally and internationally registered trademark ® owned by the Open Mobility Foundation. Open Mobility Foundation ® also claims trademark rights in the following: the OMF logo, “Mobility Data Specification”, the MDS logo, “Curb Data Specification”, the CDS logo.  Any unauthorized use is expressly prohibited.
